You may choose to delete your account at any time through the provided functionality in the Service. Account deletion is permanent and will result in the removal of your authentication credentials (such as email and display name) from our system. ShadowBase provides tools and resources for the "Shadows of the Mandalorian Wars" GURPS campaign, including campaign information, a dynamic character sheet generator, and links to relevant materials. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Our Service allows you to input data into a dynamic character sheet form (e.g., character name, stats, abilities). If you are signed in, this data can be saved to your account. You are responsible for the data you enter and save. PDF character sheets generated client-side are for your own download and storage; we do not store these PDFs.
The Service and its original content (excluding user-entered data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fulllion Creative Works and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Star Wars is a registered trademark of Lucasfilm Ltd. GURPS is a registered trademark of Steve Jackson Games. This Service is a fan-made, non-profit project.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
In no event shall Fulllion Creative Works, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Fulllion Creative Works ("us", "we", or "our") operates the ShadowBase application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Fulllion Creative Works uses the collected data for purposes such as:
Firebase Authentication Data and saved Character Sheet Data (for signed-in users) are stored and managed by Google Firebase services (Authentication and Firestore). These services employ industry-standard security measures.
Character sheet data you enter into the form while not signed in is processed client-side and is not stored on Fulllion Creative Works' servers. The PDF generated is for your own storage.
The ShadowBase application is hosted on Firebase App Hosting. General site interaction data (like server logs) may be processed and stored by Google as part of the Firebase App Hosting service, subject to Google's privacy policies.
If you choose to delete your account via the Service's interface, your Firebase Authentication record (including your email address, display name, and unique user ID) will be permanently removed from our authentication system.
Please note that this action primarily targets your authentication credentials. Other data associated with your account, such as character sheets saved in Firestore, may persist in our database for operational reasons or may be subject to separate data retention policies. If you wish to request the complete deletion of all your data, including Firestore data, please contact us at fulllioncreativeworks@gmail.com after deleting your account through the interface.
Fulllion Creative Works will not sell or rent your Personal Data. We may disclose anonymized or aggregated usage data for analytical purposes. We may disclose personal information you provide via email if required to:
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Account data is secured by Firebase Authentication. As character sheet data is processed client-side when not signed in, the security of the generated PDF is your responsibility once downloaded. For data transmitted via email, we take reasonable precautions. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Regarding data you enter into the character sheet when not signed in, you have full control as it is processed client-side. You can choose not to enter sensitive information and manage any downloaded PDFs as you see fit.
If you have contacted us via email, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of emails you have sent, subject to our ability to comply and any legal or operational retention needs.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers").
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 through the Service. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data (e.g., by contacting us via email or creating an account), please contact us. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.
